We obtain information about our customers when they purchase products online through the Urban Professionals website (www.urbaneateryface.com.au/urbanprofessionals) and the Urban online store and (www.urbaneaterycafe.com.au). When completing an online order, we collect your personal details purely for the purpose of providing your order. These details include: Name, email, phone number, address, delivery instructions, any special requirements and payment details including credit card or debit card details. We also collect transaction information including: the products you have ordered, the date and time of your order and the amount charged.
When you complete your order, you consent to us collecting personal information about you in order to provide your order. These details will not be shared with any third party. Credit card or debit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. This information is not used for other purposes and not retained by us after processing any payment. Payments are processed utilising the eWay facility.
